Squid stops several times

Periodically Squid proxy will stop working
(web pages can’t be displayed).

The “service squid restart” command
will display a lot of dots and takes more time than the usual….. but doesn’t
help and I have to reboot.

This is make me nuts and pulling my hair off my head,
After I search within forums and discussion of proxies forum especially centos forums about setting up proxy server, sadly that my Squid package is too old, after I remove the old Squid and then install the new version of squid.. the problem is solved.
